Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales Global Glove Industry (4 role available)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Type: Permanent, Individual Contributor

Salary Range: RM 18,000 RM 25,000 per month

Industry: Manufacturing & Supply Medical & Industrial Gloves

Ideal Candidate Profile: Experienced expatriate sales professional from China, Vietnam, or Thailand, currently working outside Malaysia in the glove or related protective equipment industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and accomplished sales leader to drive growth in the global glove market. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on penetrating key international markets, specifically the US and Europe, through long cycle, multi million dollar B2B sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for either Specialty Gloves or Examination & Medical Gloves, depending on your background and the business need.

The glove industry is in a phase of strategic growth and consolidation, with increasing demand driven by healthcare expansion, regulatory compliance, and rising safety standards across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and cleanroom applications. This role offers the opportunity to represent a leading manufacturer with advanced technological capabilities and a strong global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to acquire new B2B clients and expand market share in assigned regions (US/Europe).
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles (612 months) for large-scale contracts with distributors, healthcare networks, and industrial buyers.
  • Build and maintain deep strategic relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across the medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory landscapes to identify new opportunities and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate internally with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure superior customer experience and contract fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Who You Are

  • A senior B2B sales expert with 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years selling to US and/or European markets.
  • You have a proven track record of winning and managing multi-million-dollar contracts in the glove, medical device, chemical, or related industries.
  • You possess deep industry knowledge of glove applications, supply chain dynamics, and key purchasing drivers in healthcare, cleanroom, or industrial safety.
  • You are strategic, numerate, and articulate, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English.
  • You thrive in a relationship-driven, long-cycle sales environment and can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • You hold an Honors Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • You are currently based outside Malaysia and have glove industry experience from a manufacturing or sales perspective.
  • Nationality: Open to all nationality that willing to relocate to Malaysia.
