Assist in validating strategies and workflows by gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external sources (customer insights, market research).
Support the production of the Business Transformation Pack, including:
End-to-end workflow journey
Product roadmap
Success metrics
Conduct research and benchmarking on industry best practices, customer trends, and competitor strategies.
Prepare visual dashboards and reports to communicate blueprint progress and alignment to stakeholders.
Coordinate workshops and design sessions with:
Business stakeholders for input and alignment
Experience Design and Solution Architecture teams to ensure they understand expectations and strategic direction for prototypes and technical designs.
Support governance processes by maintaining accurate documentation for approvals and compliance.
