Are you an experienced warehouse and logistics professional with strong knowledge of Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operations and Malaysian customs regulations Join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, efficient logistics, and full compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Manage inventory with accuracy through WMS and cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Ensure strict compliance with JKDM and LMW regulations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, guide, and develop warehouse and logistics teams.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customs officers, and transport partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics (LMW or regulated industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations, import/export procedures, and LMW compliance.
• Proficiency in WMS, inventory tools, and MS Office.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift license & First Aid certification required.
• Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin is a plus.
