Your new company

A globally recognised leader in the FMCG sector, this organisation is committed to delivering high-quality products through operational excellence and innovation. With a strong presence in manufacturing and distribution, the company operates a dynamic supply chain network that supports large-scale production and timely delivery. Employees benefit from a collaborative work culture, continuous improvement initiatives, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role

As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring smooth coordination across shifts. Your primary responsibility is to monitor and manage activities such as receiving and unloading shipments, inventory control, picking accuracy, and timely goods issuance for packaging and production. You will also oversee finished goods put-away and outbound processes to achieve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targets.

In addition, you will prepare performance reports, analyse warehouse data, and implement action plans to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires close collaboration with shift managers, 3PL partners, and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with quality, safety, and customs regulations. You will also champion continuous improvement initiatives, enforce 5S practices, and ensure a safe working environment through coaching and training.

  • Proven ability to monitor KPIs, analyse data, and implement process improvements for operational excellence.
  • Experience collaborating with 3PL providers and managing service-level KPIs.
  • Knowledge of quality, safety, and customs compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and foster collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and peak season demands.
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
