JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Account Management & Business Growth
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve revenue, margin and sell-through targets.
- Develop annual and seasonal business plans, including buy-in forecasts, category strategies and inventory plans.
- Analyze sales performance, stock availability and product life cycles to identify opportunities and risks.
- Recommend corrective actions for underperforming categories or slow-moving inventories.
- Identify and pursue new wholesale growth opportunities aligned with Skechers priorities.
Sell-In & Sell-Through Excellence
- Prepare, coordinate and deliver seasonal product presentations to buyers.
- Work closely with merchandising and planning teams to ensure accurate buy-in and inventory replenishment.
- Monitor weekly sell-through performance and drive timely actions to support store execution.
- Provide actionable insights based on retail math, consumer trends and competitor analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (merchandising, planning, marketing, retail operations, finance) to support account strategies.
- Ensure strong alignment between marketplace needs and Skechers product and marketing direction.
- Address account challenges promptly with well-reasoned solutions.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver accurate, timely reports including weekly sell-through, business reviews and seasonal analysis.
- Maintain strong understanding of category profitability, margin structure, OTB and inventory health for all accounts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 3 to 5 years in wholesale or key account management within fashion, footwear, sports retail or lifestyle brands.
- Strong track record of managing retail partners and delivering profitable business growth.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills when working with buyers and internal stakeholders.
- High proficiency in retail math and business analysis (sell through %, stock turn, OTB cycles, margin structure).
- Ability to manage complex categories and multi-brand or multi-store accounts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive product and business presentations.
- Proactive, analytical and solutions-oriented mindset.
