Assisted Sales Advisor - BM and English (Penang)

Overview

The Assisted Sales Advisor handles marketing, sales, and order fulfillment for client products via web and telesales channels, supporting both new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English & Bahasa (C1 level)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy (familiar with mobile OS or similar)
• Typing speed: 60–80 WPM

Experience:

• 1–3 years BPO inbound sales or related sales role
• Proven sales performance and ability to close deals
• (Preferred) 1–3 years supervisory experience in sales

Skills:

• Knowledge of BPO sales/customer service
• Data analysis & reporting (CRM, Excel, dashboards)
• KPI management (CSAT, NPS, Sales Rate)
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching skills
• Results-driven, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer inquiries
• Provide product recommendations and pre-sales support
• Process and track orders accurately

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and service
