Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer inquiries
- Provide product recommendations and pre-sales support
- Process and track orders accurately
- Meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain product knowledge and quality standards
- Record customer data in internal systems
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (C1 level)
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy (familiar with mobile OS or similar)
- Typing speed: 60–80 WPM
- 1–3 years BPO inbound sales or related sales role
- Proven sales performance and ability to close deals
Preferred Skills
- (Preferred) 1–3 years supervisory experience in sales
- Knowledge of BPO sales/customer service
- Data analysis & reporting (CRM, Excel, dashboards)
- KPI management (CSAT, NPS, Sales Rate)
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching skills
- Results-driven, able to work under pressure
- Technical proficiency
- Strong customer focus
- Adaptable communication style
- Issue identification skills
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: Up to 3800RM - 4000RM
