Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer inquiries
• Provide product recommendations and pre-sales support
• Process and track orders accurately
• Meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain product knowledge and quality standards
• Record customer data in internal systems
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (C1 level)

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy (familiar with mobile OS or similar)
• Typing speed: 60–80 WPM
• 1–3 years BPO inbound sales or related sales role
• Proven sales performance and ability to close deals

Preferred Skills

• (Preferred) 1–3 years supervisory experience in sales
• Knowledge of BPO sales/customer service
• Data analysis & reporting (CRM, Excel, dashboards)
• KPI management (CSAT, NPS, Sales Rate)
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching skills
• Results-driven, able to work under pressure
• Technical proficiency
• Strong customer focus
• Adaptable communication style
• Issue identification skills

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Up to 3800RM - 4000RM
