Ansell is looking for an Assoc. Analyst, Application (ERP/Legacy) to join our team in Melaka.
In this position you will working closely with the business unit and other internal IT resources, this role is pivotal in ensuring that business systems cater for the changing business requirement. Assisting project, appraise change requests and associated documentation for effective development and implementation of these requests. Follow up and effectively resolve any technical, business, software release and implementation issues.

What your role will be
- Assisting in administration of System Change Requests and Problem reports.
- Provide business analysis of user requirements and associated systems and to prepare all the necessary documentation such as Validation Plan/Protocol, User Requirement, Design, Test plan/cases/scripts/report, User Manual, etc.
- Ensure all IT system's roll out is in compliance with Ansell Software Validation Master Plan.
- Coordination of software releases, based on global direction and timetable.
- Participate in business application implementation.
- Ensure all IT system's roll out is in compliance with Ansell Software Validation Master Plan.
- Conduct workshops and trainings.
- Be aware and understand Safety, Health and Environmental requirements.
- Ensure prompt remedial action and accurate investigation and reporting of all accidents and incidents.
- Know the company's GMP, Hygiene rules and other do's & don'ts.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
- Conform at all times to published Ansell's rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures and any general instructions issued by the management from time to time.
- Handle additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
What will you bring to Ansell
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or relevant work experience.
- Experience in any ERP implementation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and financial systems (D365) is preferred.
- Knowledge in SDLC methodologies within a regulated environment with excellent documentation skill.
- Works independently as well as within a team, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Serves as best practice/quality resource within and outside own discipline.
- Mature, strong analytical and interactive skills
- Must be a team player and excellent interpersonal skill. Be able to adapt and work effectively in various work situations. Be amicable, proactive and collaborative in a team environment, but be sufficiently self- motivated to work alone, with minimum supervision, and continue to support the global view of Information Technology.
- Requires good verbal and written communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate IT requirements and issues with non-IT audiences.
