Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist, Supply Chain (6-months contract) to join our team in Cyberjaya!

What your role will be

  • To ensure timely and accurate order processing and on-time-delivery of outsourced products from suppliers to Ansell regions
  • To provide order & shipment data and feedback for business process reporting.
  • To ensure documentation provided to regions on timely manner
  • Responsible for conformance to corporate policies, documented procedures, and work instructions in accordance to sourcing & procurement processes.
  • To support projects related to the job as assigned.
  • To support and provide training to supplier for Ansell vendor self-service portal
  • To support on ad-hoc request

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Minimum tertiary education for less than 3 years of working experience or minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Knowledge of purchasing module on ERP preferred.
  • Literate in basic computer application software, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous in performing assigned duties and punctuality in response time
  • Possess high standard of personal and collaborative teamwork.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Mandarin proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered.
