  • Perform data analysis and deliver clear, accurate, and timely insights using Power BI as the primary tool.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize basic coding/automation skills (SQL, Python, Excel VBA) to support data processing and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Apply data transformation, visualization, and modeling skills to support business needs.
  • Identify and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities through data storytelling.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to reporting processes and data accuracy.
  • Communicate insights and findings confidently to stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge ofPower BI(preferred) or other BI tools (Tableau).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or Excel VBA is required.
  • Good communication skills confident in presenting data-driven insights.
  • Independent, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
