About the Role

The purpose of this position is to assist the team lead in product management:-

To assist in developing and delivering new & existing Corporate Solutions products including group products, voluntary solutions to optimize new business & existing business growth, profitability, and customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Assist in defining product strategies and explore new product ideas for CS product lines for CS Multi-Channel.
  • Lead theproduct development from end-to-end processincluding implementation, for new product and product enhancement.
  • Responsible to ensure product materials are accurate and updated.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Actuarial, Operations, Reinsurers, Sales & Marketing, Group etc.
  • Assist in managingCS product roadmap, ensure effective product management in supporting business goal and regulatory initiatives.
  • Ensurecompliantwith regulatory guidelines, Group's governance structures and Risk & Compliance Standards.
  • Supporting Market analysis in identify opportunities, new product initiatives for different customer segment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in drivingCS product initiatives / campaign, not limit to product training, Sales collateral.
  • Provideon-going product supportto relevant stakeholders.
  • Conductpost implementation reviewvia business data report and feedback from frontline.
  • Assist inperiodic product suite review, provide recommendation and drive changes as required. Leadad-hoc projectsand other initiatives as required.
  • Provide guidance to juniors in terms of product management and knowledge.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Bachelor degree with =4 years related working experience in Product Development or Pricing, Data analytics & pricing experience, preferred Insurance industry. Experience in Employee Benefits is preferred.
  • Mindset:Adaptable,Results driven, critical thinking, curious, independent and commercial mindedness.
  • Leadership skills: Influencing, cultivate a culture of curiosity and investigative nature. Focus on staff Career and skill Development
  • Technical knowledge and skills:Strong insurance product knowledge, well-versed with product development process and framework, Data mining, Business intelligence tool, adequate pricing experience, meticulous.
