Job description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical power systems within the allocated budget to meet the operation level of service requirement without failing to follow the Electricity Supply Act 1000 and Electricity Supply Regulation 1994.
- Perform maintenance work as planned to meet the company and department objective.
- Ensure proper and adequate maintenance electrical system as to maintain the serviceability and reliability for revenue service.
- Support team leader in technical, planning and communication areas between team members, management, and local authorities.
- To organize and implement a comprehensive maintenance program of all electrical installation and provide support to any related party leading a 24/7 operation organization.
- Utilities set-up, Electrical equipment and installation are managed systemically and run in optimum operating condition and in cost effective manner.
- Administration of 24/7 M&E operation team consists of Chargeman/Technician on daily operation job function.
- Works closely with (HSE) in ensuring safe works practice.
- Support audits activities i.e., ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 etc.
- Plan, approval process, executing new related project.
- Develop and maintain records and reports i.e., preventive maintenance activities, equipment's master list etc
- Participate in staff's successor program as to meet staff career development and sustaining the competency level of the staff.
- Provide the management with engineering recommendation on planning and control of related maintenance activities in achieving prudent budget spending.
- Plan & execute Energy Conservation and Environmental improvement activities.
Requirements.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Chargeman BO certificate (11kV or above).
- Minimum six (6) years working experience in electrical maintenance and operations.
