Key Responsibilities
-Conceptualize innovative solutions and conduct research on leading practices
-Gather, analyze, and manage user requirements to recommend effective solutions
-Assist in conducting workshops and presentations for various client levels
-Support documentation user requirements, functional specs, test scripts, user guides, and training materials
-Perform functional testing to ensure system conformance to requirements
-Collaborate closely with development teams to translate requirements into applications
-Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Business Analyst (excluding internship)
