We are looking for a a high-octane, 360-degree sales professional responsible for managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from aggressive business development and client acquisition to headhunting and final placement negotiations. If you are up for the challenge reach out to us!

Sales & BD: Proactively cold-calling, networking, and pitching to prospective clients to win new Terms of Business (TOB).

Client Advisory: Consulting with hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.

Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Managing the process from job briefing and headhunting to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-ups.

Revenue Growth: Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly billing targets and KPIs.

Brand Advocacy: Building a personal brand as a subject matter expert in your specific niche via LinkedIn and industry events.
