Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Associate will support the team in managing dispute resolution cases, conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation of claims and expert appointments. The role also involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and engaging with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction, Engineering, or Oil & Gas industry practices
• Strong Research, Analytical, and Reporting skills
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Scheduling Software for Planning and Progress Monitoring
• Knowledge of Contract Administration, Adjudication, or Arbitration processes
• Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration skills
• Attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or relevant field
• Experience or qualification in dispute resolution or legal principles is advantageous
