What will you do
As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a key role in leading the creative development of campaigns and projects, working closely with the Executive Creative Director to bring ideas to life. You will be hands-on in the creative process, guiding concepts from ideation through execution while ensuring all outputs are aligned with the client's objectives and the agency's creative standards.
You will be expected to combine strong conceptual thinking with excellent presentation skills, confidence in client-facing situations, and the ability to mentor and guide junior creatives. Above all, you should be a highly collaborative leader with a passion for craft, innovation, and pushing ideas further.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas across multiple projects.
Collaborating closely with the Executive Creative Director to execute and refine the creative vision.
Taking ownership of key projects and ensuring high-quality creative outputs from start to finish.
Presenting creative ideas and campaign rationale to clients in a clear and compelling way.
Translating client feedback into strong creative solutions while maintaining the integrity of the work.
Providing mentorship, feedback, and direction to designers and copywriters to help elevate the team's output.
Working collaboratively with account managers, strategists, creatives, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Reviewing work in detail to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines before delivery.
Helping maintain and strengthen the creative standards of the agency across all deliverables.
Inspiring the team to push beyond the brief and deliver thoughtful, engaging, and effective creative work.
What will you need
4+ years of experience in a similar creative leadership role, ideally in a digital or integrated agency.
A strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven campaigns and high-quality execution across multiple channels.
Proven experience leading creative projects and developing ideas from concept to final delivery.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing environments.
Experience mentoring and guiding junior creatives, including designers and copywriters.
Excellent understanding of branding, design, storytelling, and campaign development.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Creative Directors, account teams, and clients.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
Solid time-management and organizational skills.
A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and other collaborative tools are a plus.
Experience with generative AI tools and knowledge of AI workflows strongly recommended.
Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe XD and Figma.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Understanding of SEO principles.
