We are looking for an Associate, Customer Service in Malaysia to support our customer engagement efforts by delivering exceptional service across phone, chat, and email channels.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen actively and empathetically to customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause, researching solutions, and offering effective resolutions or alternatives

Who You Are

  • At least a bachelor's degree or diploma holder in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service/support role.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proven ability to listen, analyze issues, and resolve problems efficiently
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
