Associate Customer support – Japanese speaker / JLPT N1

Criteria: JLPT N1/ Japanese (No English is required)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Salary range: RM 8k to 9k basic (depending upon CS experience) + RM 500 transportation allowance

Work mode: Full time office mode

Working days/hours: Rotational shift (Morning and afternoon) (Shift allowance applicable for afternoon shift)

Hiring approach:

1. Candidates must complete the assessments and typing test (screenshot of the score is required)
2. RMG Pre-screening
3. Ops round

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
• Escalate priority issues per Client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable
• Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
• Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates.
• Maintain Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality
