Job Purpose
Responsible for interpreting. analyzing, visualizing relevant data for Depot management to make better and effective business decisions to ensure Depot performance and goals are achieved.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare periodical Depot Performance Report inclusive of monitoring of achievements based on set goals in the Annual KPI and in- house targets.
- Identify & recommend enhancement to achieve depot targets based on available data and resources.
- Analyze relevant bus operations data in the effort to enhance efficiency. effectiveness, and add value to existing operations performance.
- Monitor Depot Budget Utilization i.e. Segmented P&L and ensure adequate resources are available
- Coordinate any exercise including updates and response for Audit & Risk matters
- Ensure data integrity & accuracy for inputs by Depot in digital platforms including PRS, SAP & etc.
- To manage data availability for internal & external stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance to relevant Policy & SOP.
- To adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS) rules and regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum Diploma in Data Analysis/ Statistics/ Mathemalics/Information System Management/Information Technology/Transport Management or equivalent.
- Minimum with 3 years of working experience.
- Microsoft Office (Beginner to Intermediate)
- Tableu & Power BI, PRS, SAP, and any other digital platform that is implemented by the group.
