Associate, Data Analytics (Instant Delivery Projects) - ShopeeFood

Responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance optimisation of Instant Delivery initiatives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience across buyers, sellers, and driver partners.

• Involve end-to-end strategy development and execution for Instant Delivery initiatives, aligning with overall business goals and priorities.
• Define project roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics such as buyer adoption, order growth, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Analyse large datasets and develop forecasting models to monitor and project the overall business health of Instant delivery segment.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Supply teams to ensure effective project execution and timely rollout of initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
