Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our data team. You'll sit between our data engineers (who manage pipelines and infrastructure) and our senior analysts (who answer business questions), helping turn raw data into clean, reliable datasets the rest of the company can trust.
You don't need to know our full stack on day one — you need to be a strong SQL thinker, curious about how data flows through a business, and excited to learn. We'll teach you the rest.
Job Responsibilities
- Write and maintain SQL transformation scripts on our cloud data warehouse, orchestrated through Airflow
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that business teams actually use
- Investigate data quality issues — figuring out why a number looks wrong, not just that it does
- Document datasets, metrics, and business logic so others don't have to reverse-engineer it
- Help shape how we evolve our transformation layer over time
- Ask why does the business need this before how do I build it

Requirements
- Solid SQL fundamentals — joins, window functions, aggregations, CTEs
- Clear communication — you'll translate between business speak and data speak
- Curiosity and problem-solving instinct — when a number looks off, you dig in
- A degree in a quantitative field, a bootcamp, or self-taught equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience (internships and projects count)
Nice-to-haves (we'll teach these)
- Python / PySpark · Power BI or similar BI tools · Git and command-line basics · Hadoop / Spark / Delta Lake exposure · Dimensional modeling · Airflow or any orchestration tool
