About the Role
Are you a curious and motivated graduate looking to kickstart your career in data engineering This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Quality & Regulatory Team, where you'll learn, grow, and become a key contributor in delivering data-driven solutions that make a global impact.

Your role will be critical in maintaining the integrity and availability of data assets that support decision-making across Q&R business functions worldwide. By ensuring timely updates and high data quality, you'll help drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.



Key Responsibilities:
As a graduate or entry level of Data Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience across three key areas:

1. Data Application Support
  • Provide high-quality and timely support to data users.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Contribute to improving issue resolution times and operational KPIs.
  • Take ownership of issues within your assigned business area, driving resolution and ensuring formal closure.

2. Data Asset Development

  • Assist in maintaining high-quality data analytics solutions.
  • Communicate technical material effectively to data users.
  • Participate in designing optimal combinations of data sources.
  • Promote data quality through awareness, governance, and process improvement.
  • Learn and support end-to-end data asset delivery: requirements gathering, development, testing, documentation, and implementation.
  • Comply with global self-service processes and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Participate in data quality audits and reporting.

3. Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with Quality & Regulatory stakeholders to identify opportunities for data analytics and AI solutions.
  • Support a creative and cohesive working environment built on trust and open communication.
  • Be proactive in building stakeholder relationships and contribute as an active member of the Data Team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Follow relevant quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake additional quality responsibilities (e.g., audits) when trained.
  • Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
  • Work safely, complying with all safety procedures and reporting hazards or incidents.


Key Requirements:
  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Decent knowledge in business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to BI technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or Snowflake.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence to interact with users.
  • Understanding of data structures, modeling, and database schema.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Knowledge of data lake and data warehouse concepts and design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Synapse, Salesforce, Snowflake, Informatica.

Certifications (if any):

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
  • Tableau Certified Data Analyst/Specialist.
  • Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP).
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
