Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and drive business development strategy to achieve revenue growth and expansion objectives
Originate and execute high-value business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
Own end-to-end deal lifecycle - from opportunity sourcing to negotiation and closure
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Work closely with senior leadership to shape and prioritise growth initiatives
Collaborate across functions to ensure feasibility and successful execution
Develop business cases supported by market insights and analysis
Oversee pipeline performance, including forecasting and reporting
Support the launch and scaling of new services or programmes
Provide regular insights to management on opportunities and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
Proven track record in originating and closing commercial deals or partnerships
Strong ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders
Sharp commercial judgement with a bias for action
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Ability to own outcomes end-to-end and work effectively across functions
