. Maintain AIA Group's architecture landscape, application portfolio and architecture roadmap
. Operate architecture governance to ensure IT projects and activities are aligned with target architecture, principles, and guidelines
. Responsible for governance of group wide application portfolio to maximise share and reuse of the applications and eliminate end-of-life and legacy applications
. Support architecture for new initiatives
- Responsible for managing all architecture standards across all domains of the enterprise architecture - digital, integration, application, data, infrastructure, and security
- Responsible for maintaining libraries of standard technologies and standard products, and managing the lifecycle of standards
- Responsible for executing the architecture governance of group and local business unit
- Responsible for operationalising and executing technology standard governance across BUs
- Manage the governance of application portfolio of the local business units and directly maintain application portfolio of Group applications
- Maintain and report the status of application portfolio of all the business units to track the end-of-life and transformation status
- Responsible for quality assurance of group programs from an enterprise architecture perspective
- Support architecture for new initiatives
- Responsible and accountable for reviewing solution architecture in various group and business unit projects on request
- Communicate with vendors the strategy and architecture to ensure that vendors can support AIA Group effectively and efficiently
- Conformance to the target architecture
- Conformance to technology standards and product standards
- Standards across all domains are published including clear choices
- No end of life systems in business units
