Associate Director, Wholesale Banking Coverage (Corporate Coverage)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate regional opportunities with regional colleagues.
• Execute team's marketing activities and structure comprehensive and effective proposals for clients.
• Execute advisory mandates secured.
• Maintain and grow professional client relationships to identify opportunities to market CIMB's products and services.
• Review the work of direct reports pitchbooks, mandate letters, financial models.
• Train, develop and guide team members.
• Supervise, motivate and drive team to achieve team revenue targets.
• Share and institutionalize best practices, develop sector capabilities and act as a coach / mentor to selected key talents.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
