As the Associate E-Commerce Manager, you will work closely with the management to lead and drive our leading brands online sale and ensure smooth execution for all digital marketing campaigns in Singapore across e-distributors and online platforms. You will play a pivotal role in our exciting digital transformation journey. This role will be based in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management to lead the development and execution of the E-Commerce and activities plan, partnering with trade marketing
- Work closely with the Product Managers from different teams to execute and drive digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
- Meet all sales and marketing deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Perform ROI analysis and promotional plan optimization
- Identify new business opportunities within the E-Commerce trade
- Ensure trade spend is within the allocated limit and fulfil KPIs to achieve the sales objectives.
- Drive partnership and negotiate with online platform partners to build stronger brand visibility by leveraging on their banners, thematic campaigns, SEO and SEM.
- Oversee the inventory management for all online platforms
- Any other relevant duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented and organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Preferably 2-year working experience in digital marketing and E-Commerce
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
