Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist in meeting daily targets and overall operation goals such as cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment plans. Handle overall Fab centralized test wafer management including preparation, recycling, re-route/downgrade via online SiView MEs in both offline and EIM + auto delivery execution mode.
• Operate all test wafer recycling and FOUP (Carrier) cleaning tools, perform routine 1st level PM and setup. Overall reticle management (exception for specific individual selected).
• WIP and tool management including WIP balancing, held and queue lots management, equipment PM, capacity, and constraint management.
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers and production control in defining shop floor real-time dispatch rules and continuous improvements.
• Assist manufacturing engineers in monitoring and managing EIM, auto delivery, and RTD status and performance, working closely with CIM, AMHS, and MFG systems.
• Assist manufacturing engineers in continuously updating MFG standard operation procedures.
• Assist manufacturing engineers in handling coordination work/activities after Fabout step including Etest, internal sort, and OQA
• Assist manufacturing engineers in report preparation.
