Responsible for reliability daily operation which include OT / Sphere / Zth measurement And Eviyos measurement.
Supporting Engineer on engineering evaluation, new production qualification setup, data collection, monitoring and improvement. New recipes / program setup for respective equipment / process.
Perform daily process performance monitoring, daily SPC, reliability failure verification during operation, data and results analysis and update of test status.
Perform installation, set up and commissioning for reliability equipment to support new product REL testing. To carry out system verification activities prior release reliability equipment for operation.
To involve in the operation and safety of the laboratory and ensure all activities are carried out according to safety manual procedures that comply with standard.
Involvement in continuous improvement of Reliability processes to support new products, reliability techniques and applications. Work with external vendor on equipment and process application topics.
Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities (ISO/IEC 17025).
Profile description:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, science principles or equivalent.
At least with 3 years working experience in laboratory operation environment.
Experience in laboratories accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Knowledge and experience in measurement operation / engineering (LED and IC measurement), and test data analysis capability.
Experience in SAP system and handling Reliability test / measurement operation would be an added advantage.
Highly organized, self-driven way of working.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
