Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate – Entrepreneur Experience role based in Petaling Jaya.
- This role is to manage and enhance the end-to-end experience of entrepreneurs in the Endeavor Malaysia network, including onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing program engagement.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, preparing entrepreneur profiles and briefing materials, and supporting selection processes and advisory boards.
- The role also involves conducting market and company research, tracking portfolio performance, and identifying relevant resources, mentors, and opportunities for entrepreneurs.
- The Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs, ensure consistent communication, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills to evaluate companies, markets, and growth opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and entrepreneur profiles.
- Proven ability in stakeholder and relationship management, with comfort engaging founders, investors, and senior business leaders.
- Organizational and project management skills, including event coordination, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM or database tools, presentation software).
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, startups, or venture ecosystems; prior experience in consulting, investment, or startup environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a small, fast-paced team, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment and collaborating across global teams and time zones.
