Role Overview
Support daily production operations in a 300mm/200mm semiconductor fab by ensuring equipment readiness, stability, and performance. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 12-hour shift operations to ensure smooth production flow and equipment uptime
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration in a timely manner
- Assist in installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Support equipment improvement and optimization projects
- Participate in quality and productivity improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and equipment care
Ideal Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering
- Prior experience in semiconductor equipment support is preferred
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
