Responsibilities

  • Verifying incoming documents from customers and Schenker internal department's customer service before printing and handover to Senior Officer, Customs Declaration.
  • Responsible for monitoring and acknowledging mail requests from customers and Schenker internal department's customer service within the timeline.
  • Following up on shipment status with field operations and updating the requestor if any discrepancies arise.
  • Accepting any other job responsibilities assigned by the Superior / Assistant Manager.
  • Job responsibilities are subject to revision.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Alternatively, SPM with a minimum of two (2) years working experience in the logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of the Customs Management System would be an advantage.
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
