The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Associate for Strategy, Executive Operations & Global Corporate Communications. In this highly cross-functional, full-time remote role, you will act as a critical partner to the executive team.
You will be the connective tissue between strategy development, daily operations, and our internal/external communication efforts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning data into actionable insights, and excel at streamlining processes, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
Executive Operations: Design, implement, and optimize day-to-day organizational processes to keep the executive team operating at peak efficiency.
Global Communications: Manage and execute clear, cohesive internal and external communications, fostering alignment across a distributed global team and with external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the executive suite and international team members, ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively communicated and executed.
About You (Qualifications)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (an MBA is a strong plus).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to diverse, international team members and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence: Proven experience in operations management with a track record of designing and optimizing processes.
Analytical Mindset: Advanced ability to evaluate data, spot trends, and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning.
Execution & Autonomy: Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively, juggle multiple tasks, and work independently in a fully remote global setting.
Bonus Points: Previous experience in a startup, nonprofit, or SaaS environment is highly advantageous.
