JOB SUMMARY
Manage HCM system activities related to Air Selangor staff and assist with data management.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HCM System Management
- Assigned as Super User Admin for the HCM/ERP/TAMS System. To update and manage user roles for the HCM/ERP/TAMS for the company.
- To create an HCM username for new hires after they report for duty.
- To deploy any new reports created by the IT department based on requests from the module owner from the test development site to the production site.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants on any issues raised by HCM module owners during operation transactions.
- Facilitate troubleshooting and design of HCM. This includes testing system upgrades, patches and process improvements.
- Posses a good understanding of HR functionalities for you to provide recommendations and advice on business requirements.
- Manage other technical issues, liaise with the consultant, and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- Manage and coordinate integration activities with the HCM system.
HCM Data Management
- Generate and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- To prepare ad hoc report analysis as and when required by the management.
- To prepare employee profiles as and when required by the management.
Others
- HR Compliance & Governance.
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks as and when required by the management.
- Briefing session for new staff about the HR system.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a bachelor holder in any of the following disciplines but not limited to: Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Economics / Actuarial / Data Science / Human Resource
- One (1) to two (2) years experience in a combination of Human Resource generalist, data management and HR systems
Knowledge
- Knowledge in any HR system is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of data management
- Knowledge of various online systems for data management and HR systems.
- Preferably to have attended short-term courses or obtained certification in Data Management or HR Systems.
- Solid skills in SQL.
- Solid skills in Excel.
