Overview
Support Crewstone's investment and transaction execution activities across private equity, private credit, and structured opportunities. The role requires strong commercial judgment, financial analysis capability, and the ability to help move opportunities from initial review through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and develop investment opportunities aligned with Crewstone's mandate, including private equity, private credit, and structured transactions.
- Evaluate opportunities from an investment perspective, including business quality, financial performance, valuation, downside risk, and execution feasibility.
- Prepare internal materials required for review and execution, including IC papers, financial models, valuation work, due diligence findings, and risk assessments.
- Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution in coordination with internal teams and external counterparties.
- Help convert sourced opportunities into investable and fundable propositions that meet Crewstone's commercial, regulatory, and investor standards.
- Assist in preparing teasers, decks, investor FAQs, data room materials, and other workstreams needed to support capital raising and transaction processes.
- Undertake other responsibilities and assignments as directed by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial services.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial modeling.
- Ability to evaluate deals, and manage stakeholder relationships, including internal and external.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting to investors.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CPA are a plus.
