Job Description:
- Contribute to the design, development, and unit testing of the company's backend business systems.
- Support the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production systems.
- Follow and apply the company's R&D standards, coding guidelines, and CI/CD processes to strengthen engineering best practices.
- Explore and drive the adoption of generative AI technologies in business applications.
Essential Requirements:
- Solid foundation in Java and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Strong knowledge of common data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency with mainstream frameworks including Spring, SpringBoot, and MyBatis
- Experience with PGSQL, MySQL and other mainstream databases capable of writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Understanding of multi-threading programming and familiarity with common design patterns
- Knowledge of middleware technologies such as Redis and Kafka
- Strong learning ability and team collaboration skills
- Passion for technology and commitment to code quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical project development experience or internship experience
- Familiarity with Linux operating system
- Experience contributing to open-source projects
- Understanding of generative AI and its application scenarios
