Job Responsibilities :

Orchestrate the transformation of engineering operations through the strategic implementation of AI-powered solutions. Lead a high-performing team in leveraging RPA, AI/ML, and data analytics to achieve advanced monitoring, automated incident response, and performance optimization. Drive measurable business value by ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends, while inspiring team members to actively contribute their expertise and shape the future of IT operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Form and grow a skilled engineering team with expertise in the technologies RPA, AI/ML and DataOps.

  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where team members can continuously learn and develop their skills.

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring they are effectively utilizing their expertise to achieve organizational goals.

  • Champion the adoption and integration of RPA, AI/ML, and DataOps technologies to optimize IT operations and solve complex business problems.

  • Lead the implementation of AI services and solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business needs and deliver tangible value.

  • Measure and track the success of AI-driven initiatives, demonstrating their impact on operational and business outcomes.

  • Oversee the streaming, collection, and processing of big data. Utilize various tools and techniques to extract valuable insights and enable data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and building successful AIOps engineering team. Proven track record of leading high-performing engineers.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport within the team, facilitate clear communication and provide constructive feedback.

  • Ability to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where team members can learn from each other and continuously develop their skills.

  • Ability to design and implement robust and scalable RPA solutions. Experience in identifying and automating repetitive tasks and processes.

  • In-depth knowledge of data pipelines, data governance, and data quality principles.

  • Familiarity with major cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Confluent Kafka) for deploying and managing AI and big data solutions.
