What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end operational readiness for Local Lifestyle (Near Me), Voucher, and Marketplace features, including geographical expansion, merchant onboarding, and lifecycle management
- Manage and optimize voucher operations, including inventory lifecycle, campaign configuration, and redemption integrity
- Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and governance frameworks, with defined Turnaround Time (TAT), SLA (Internal), and quality benchmarks, by conducting post-mortem analysis and implement continuous improvements
- Design and build automation workflows to improve operational efficiency (e.g. merchant onboarding validation, voucher inventory monitoring, anomaly detection)
- Translate business requirements into operational workflows and tooling needs and reduce manual workload by implementing scalable tools using Python / VBA / internal systems
- Coordinate and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Business, Product, Growth, Business Intelligence, Finance, Developer, and Customer Care to ensure smooth and efficient execution of business and product initiatives
- Communicate progress, operational health, directional changes to Head of Departments.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors product offerings
- Support & coach Merchant Services Operation Analyst.
Role Requirements:
- Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related Professional Certification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry Proficiency in Python and/or VBA for operational automation and data processing.
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools and experience working with APIs or structured data feeds (JSON, CSV) will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed.
- Experience in local services, e-commerce, Point-of-Sales will be an advantage.
