Job Description

Company Description

In today's evolving media landscape, Out-of-Home (OOH) remains a critical channel for high-impact, upper-funnel engagement. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Manager to lead OOH planning, buying, and end-to-end campaign delivery across APEC markets (excluding China).

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational rigour, and commercial acumen to deliver effective, scalable OOH solutions for a global hospitality brand. You will work across regional and local teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision, consistency, and measurable impact.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Associate Manager will own the planning, buying, and project management of OOH campaigns across APEC, ensuring seamless delivery from brief through to post-campaign evaluation.

Acting as the key bridge between strategy and activation, you will translate regional briefs into executable OOH plans, drive vendor engagement, and manage cross-market implementation with a high level of accountability.

Responsibilities

OOH Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Translate regional briefs into OOH media strategies and channel plans aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Develop market-relevant OOH plans, accounting for audience behaviour, formats, and local market dynamics
  • Ensure alignment between regional frameworks and local market adaptations across APEC
  • Work with regional and local media teams to plan and execute OOH plans in line with broader campaign objectives

Buying & Vendor Management

  • Lead OOH media buying and negotiations across key markets, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and vendors across the region
  • Evaluate inventory quality, placement strategy, and audience delivery to maximise campaign effectiveness
  • Negotiate OOH placements directly with OOH media owners where applicable

End-to-End Campaign Delivery

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end: briefing, planning, booking, production coordination, execution, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain detailed timelines, trackers, and delivery plans across multiple markets
  • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed KPIs

Project Management & Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination across planning, activation, operations, finance, and local market teams
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays and implement solutions to maintain delivery standards

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact for OOH-related workstreams
  • Provide clear and structured status updates, media recommendations, and performance summaries
  • Manage expectations across regional and local stakeholders with professionalism and clarity

Team Support, OOH COE & Ways of Working

  • Support and mentor junior team members in OOH planning and execution
  • Contribute to improving processes, templates, and best practices for OOH delivery
  • Develop OOH COE and work with other pillars in the business to enhance our OOH offering on integrated campaigns
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years OOH experience, APAC preferred
  • Experience managing regional or multi-market campaigns across APAC
  • Proven track record in campaign management and vendor coordination
  • Hospitality or travel category experience is advantageous

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of OOH media landscape, formats, and measurement approaches
  • Demonstrated buying and negotiation experience with OOH media owners
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong executional rigour and follow-through
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex briefs
