Job Description

As an Associate, Office Experience, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and workplace experience for our Klookers. You'll help ensure that our offices run smoothly and that employees feel engaged and supported in a productive environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Support daily office operations, including coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies, and assisting with facility upkeep
  • Assist in workspace planning and setup, ensuring workspaces are well-maintained and ready to support business needs
  • Help coordinate payments, expense tracking, and inventory management, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the implementation of office policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs, including office events and cultural initiatives that strengthen team spirit and Klook values
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to help facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring operational readiness
  • Support employee business travel arrangements as needed, ensuring adherence to company travel policies
  • Provide administrative support in process improvements or operational initiatives, helping identify and implement efficiencies
  • Take part in other ad hoc People & Culture projects/ tasks, including support for Company/BU summits, office relocation/ expansion projects, remote support other global offices and attend to both regular and ad hoc office operations duties as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or employee engagement
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to work
  • Basic understanding of budget tracking and procurement processes is a plus
  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills, able to work effectively across teams
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
  • Passionate about creating positive employee experiences and contributing to a supportive workplace culture
  • Collaborative, with a hands-on and service-oriented attitude



  • Able to work 5 days a week in the office to provide hands-on operational support.
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and a creative eye for Canva (to assist with internal posters and communications) are an added advantage.
