Job Summary
To execute the operations at depot management level. Associate Operations is to ensure the element of safety, efficiency, reliability and sustainability on bus operations at depot in line with company vision and mission.
Key Accountabilities
Planning
- To ensure the readiness of operation's plan and availability of operational data accordingly.
- To ensure operations performance in-term of route, fleet, trip, schedule and punctuality as required.
Operations
- Monitor and coordinate daily operation preplan is achievable according to management direction.
- To supervise and monitoring revenue, ridership, trip and assist Head Depot on overall operation requirement at depot.
- Assist to resolve any operations issues.
Financial
- To manage daily operation and work closely with Head Depot to ensure operation target is achievable and reduction of cost.
People Management
- To assist Head Depot in sustaining knowledge development within depot and to motivate staff at depot to achieve business targets and company objectives.
- To monitor operations staff disciplines and take action as per HCD rules and regulations.
Customer Satisfaction
- To assist Head Depot in sustaining knowledge development within depot and to motivate staff at depot to achieve business targets and company objectives.

Safety & Health
- To ensure bus for daily operations is roadworthy and adhere to Operational Safety Health (OSHA) procedures.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistic and Data Analyst.
Minimum one year working experience.
