Job Summary

This role supports the delivery of technology and innovation initiatives by coordinating internal programmes, managing stakeholder engagements, and monitoring project progress. The position works closely with partners, innovators and internal teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment with organisational priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management

  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders and partners to support the organisation's technology and innovation initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and innovators involved in internal initiatives, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain strong engagement with ecosystem stakeholders, including corporates, start-ups, research institutions and government agencies where relevant.
  • Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, briefings, workshops and engagement sessions to strengthen collaboration and alignment.

Internal Programme & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate internally driven initiatives such as TechForward, testbeds and sandbox-related programmes.
  • Serve as a liaison between innovators, internal project leads and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
  • Support innovators participating in internal initiatives to comply with sandbox guidelines and programme requirements.
  • Track project milestones, timelines and deliverables, and escalate operational challenges where necessary.

Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor the progress and outcomes of internal initiatives, partnerships and engagement activities.
  • Translate project data and performance metrics into concise updates and reports for project leads and senior management.
  • Gather stakeholder and innovator feedback to enhance programme effectiveness and impact.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials while working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, Communication or any other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement or innovation ecosystem initiatives.
  • Experience working with start-ups, corporates, research institutions or government agencies within the technology or innovation ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage partners at different levels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including experience preparing reports, presentations and programme updates for management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and navigate a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Familiarity with innovation programmes, sandboxes, testbeds or technology deployment initiatives will be an added advantage.
  • Possesses relevant certification or training in Project Management will be an added advantage.
