About the Job

To support the Initiatives and daily administration functions while assisting to oversee the day-to

- day administrative tasks and regulatory reporting.

  • Assist in monitoring the progress of initiatives/projects and implementation timeline.
  • Support the team with daily administrative and regulatory related tasks of the department.
  • Assist with monitoring of complaint handling for Policy Servicing Administration.
  • Support with daily administrative tasks and department operations
  • Support with Quality Assurance task for Policy Servicing processing.
  • Any other tasks assigned as and when required due to business needs.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes
  • appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and
  • technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management
  • practices.

We are looking for people with

  • Preferably bachelor's degree in business, insurance or any other related fields.
  • Experience a minimum of 3 years in Life Insurance and/or Financial Institutions.
  • Good Communication skills (verbal & written), Data Analysis, Interpersonal and Customer
  • Service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound product knowledge, policy servicing, regulatory and governance.
  • A team player who's attentive to details and with good communication skills.
