Job Description:

Collaborate with local business teams to understand market needs and develop sustainable product solutions
Identify opportunities and propose product enhancements aligned with business strategies
Support the design and implementation of product features in a dynamic environment
Partner with local and regional product teams to continuously improve product usability, functionality, and performance
Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Define user stories, manage task prioritization, and contribute to backlog planning
Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and functional requirements
Take ownership of the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing (UAT), launch, and post-launch improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply candidates with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields are preferred
Prior internship or experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Technology Consulting is an advantage
Exposure to e-commerce, food delivery, or fintech industries is a plus
Familiarity with product-related tools such as wireframing, documentation (BRD), and test case development is beneficial
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in English and Malay (both written and spoken) Mandarin is an added advantage
Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
