In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering digital solutions that support global logistics operations. You will help to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery and high quality coordination across cross-functional teams.

As an Associate Project Analyst, you will:

• Coordinate project activities, updates, schedules and task follow-ups
• Support project manager in managing timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and documentation
• Engage with stakeholders globally, ensuring clear communication and customer-centric delivery
• Track project metrics, preparing reports and minutes and ensure documentation completeness
• Drive structured organization across tasks, ensuring nothing fall through the cracks
• Learn and grow in an environment that values attention to details, E2E ownership and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for early-career talent, passionate about technology, structured execution, precise planning/control, and building future leadership capabilities in project management.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
As an Associate Project Analyst, having strong planning/organizational skills, excellent coordination habits and keen eye for detail are essential. Good knowledge in project management tools like MS Project, Jira are a huge plus.

We value:

• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Interest or foundational knowledge in IT/Software Development Process (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile)
• Basic understanding of tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel or similar
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team contributor
• Eagerness to learn project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and SCRUM
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage follow-ups proactively

Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
