Associate Project Manager

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Draft Specifications: Create clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that ensure our technical systems perfectly align with and support business objectives.

- Optimize & Automate: Continuously analyze daily business operations and system workflows to identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive manual tasks, and significantly improve overall ERP system efficiency.

- System Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee that new features and system updates function flawlessly.

- Bug Hunting & Resolution: Proactively investigate system anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with developers to implement swift, effective fixes.

Who You Are (Key Requirements):

- Experience: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, in Business Operations, or a closely related role. You possess a deep, practical understanding of how businesses operate behind the scenes.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills with a proven track record of breaking down complex operational challenges into clear, actionable technical solutions.

- Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, workflow optimization, and writing formal PRDs.

- Educational Background: Solid exposure to Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A formal degree is a strong bonus, but practical experience and capability are our top priorities.

- Communication: Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to effectively collaborate with our diverse technical teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range : RM4,500 - RM5,500
