Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale, multi-market projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management knowledge and a proven track record of driving complex project delivery. This role requires effective communication in both the local language (Bahasa Indonesia or Thai) and English, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within regional and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple workstreams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate across Group and Local Product, engineering, data, compliance/security, and business teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Implement strong change control processes, including change request intake, impact analysis, and approvals.
- Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, including steering committee packs, weekly status updates, and risk reporting.
- Utilize delivery tooling (Jira/ADO/Confluence) to ensure traceability from requirements through to build, test, and release.
- Oversee the delivery of digital platforms (web/mobile/API/data/cloud) with a focus on app security and release controls, particularly in the BFSI/insurance sectors.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Project Management experience, particularly in large-scale and multi-market delivery.
- Proficiency in local language (Bahasa Indonesia or Thai) and English.
- 10+ years of experience in driving complex project delivery with a focus on schedule, scope, cost, and quality control.
- Expertise in integrated planning, including work breakdown, critical path, and resource management.
- Strong change control and delivery governance skills.
- Hands-on experience with delivery tooling (Jira/ADO/Confluence).
- Experience in delivering digital platforms with an understanding of app security and release controls.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in regional or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with BFSI/insurance industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
