Job Overview:
The Associate Real Estate & Facilities Spec is responsible for utilizing existing Real Estate & Facilities procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team. They will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Real Estate & Facilities and Real Estate & Facilities.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all Health & Safety documentation, training, and policies
- Administer and ensure all personnel files are up to date
- Administer the security plan
- Raise client purchase orders and related administration
- Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance
- Plan by forecasting the facility's upcoming needs and requirements
- Oversee any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
- Help with office relocations
- Property strategy and Space management
- Communications infrastructure
- Contract management
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding soft and complex service delivery
- Passionate about delivering consistent excellence
- Competent writing and communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information
- Procurement and negotiation
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Time management skillsand teamwork
- Proactive thinkingand relationship-building
