This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the
Abbott Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As an Associate Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible to provide accurate and timely report & analysis to the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Accountable for SFA implementation – tracking, analysis, technical coordination support.
- Act as contact point and facilitate communication between Commercial Team and Commercial Excellence (COMEX) team on SFA related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy within the sales database.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing (TM) on listing material updates, launch & prelaunch listing status and track the result to TM for analyzing and improving on sales strategies.
- Liaise with COMEX on target by channel & by customer for reporting set up.
- Generate closing reporting i.e. KBB, IMS, off-take, inventory, Trade return, Account Program, trade investment calculation etc. to GT Team for decision-making.
- Track & escalate the sales by store vs target by store (daily, weekly & monthly) and analyze customer IMS trend – meet the deadline submitted.
- Manage the preparation and accrual of trade claims via EXCEEDRA on monthly basis by distributor/channel.
- Provide monthly & quarterly incentive for Trade Deals execution, Account Program and any other related incentive by distributors.
- Act as a gate keeper to guide & work along with sales team on their work functionality & punctuality.
- Ensure the sales team follows company standardized procedures and policies.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum Diploma in business/ marketing field, or any equivalent.
