Affiliate Marketing Operations:
- Manage and oversee the company's affiliate marketing channels, ensuring growth, compliance, and scalability.
- Monitor daily affiliate performance, ROI, and traffic to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Optimize the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns by analyzing data and refining strategies.
- Drive affiliate growth by onboarding new affiliates and strengthening partnerships with existing affiliates.
Affiliate Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with affiliate partners by maintaining consistent communication through email, chat, and calls.
- Develop initiatives such as incentive/bonus programs, exclusive offers, and bonuses to increase affiliate motivation and performance.
- Provide affiliates with marketing resources, tools, and support to help them improve performance.
Affiliate Partnership Expansion:
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new high-value affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Develop business relationships with agencies, content creators, and other affiliate networks to expand the program's reach.
- Negotiate affiliate programs, commission structures, and partnership terms to ensure mutual benefit.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Above 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns in the e-commerce industry.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to analyze campaign data to inform decision-making.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, tracking dashboards & data analytics excel skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
